Due to the age of the electrical installation Dartmouth square house needed a full electrical rewire.
The challenge of this work was to manage the different companies involved in the automation of the lighting, heating and security system. Each system has its particularities in relation to the electrical wiring.
Martin Lavelle coordinated this project. His vast experience in the industry ensured we met all of our client’s expectations and needs while making sure everyone could work safely as we were operating within very delicate circumstances being the COVID-19 pandemic.
