The electrical project at Evergreen Health Foods, led by Lavelle Electrical Group, showcased a blend of innovation, efficiency, and sustainability.

This full building rewire included key installations like LV distribution boards, cable containment, power to floor boxes, sockets, fused spurs, and security systems.

A focus on energy efficiency was evident with the installation of solar panels to power the facility and motion-detecting lighting to reduce energy consumption. 

Smart heaters and electric vehicle chargers, including load-balancing systems, further optimized energy use while promoting eco-friendly transport.

Safety and connectivity were prioritized with the implementation of fire alarms, gas detection, lightning protection, and a data communications system. 

Despite the project’s complexity, it was completed on time and within budget, setting a benchmark for sustainable, modern infrastructure.
