Lavelle Electrical has been appointed to deliver the full electrical fit-out of CastlePark Manor, the new luxury residential scheme rising on Castle Park Road in Dalkey.

The Tyler Owens–designed development comprises ten ultra-premium houses, 14 apartments and an exclusive penthouse, bringing a total of 25 high-specification homes to one of Dublin’s most sought-after coastal addresses.

Under the contract, Lavelle Electrical will design and install all power, lighting and life-safety systems, together with EV-charging infrastructure, photovoltaic arrays and integrated smart-home controls. Site works are already under way, with first-fix installation scheduled to begin this summer and overall completion targeted for May 2026.
